Our Story
Melody Autism Solutions was created to offer a more personal, relationship-centered approach to Applied Behavior Analysis. After years of watching families struggle with long waitlists, confusing systems, or large agencies that feel impersonal, we knew children deserved a better way.
Our mission is to empower children and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder through individualized, evidence-based ABA services that support meaningful growth, independence, and lifelong learning.
We are proudly woman-owned, locally based, and intentionally not corporate. Every decision centers on what is best for our families, not the size of a caseload.
Meet Our Founder
Haley Ekroth, Founder | Melody Autism Solutions
Haley began her career in Applied Behavior Analysis as a behavior technician, working directly with children in their homes, classrooms, and communities. Those early, hands-on experiences shaped her passion for compassionate, individualized care and deepened her understanding of how meaningful support must extend beyond clinical goals into real family life.
With more than 10 years in the ABA field, Haley has served in multiple roles that have given her a comprehensive understanding of both clinical practice and the unique challenges families face when navigating autism services. Her experience reinforced her belief that therapy is most effective when it is personal, collaborative, and built around a child’s
strengths, interests, and emotional well-being.
Haley keeps caseloads intentionally small so the BCBA can truly get to know each child and stay closely involved in their progress, programming, and family communication.
Haley’s mission is simple: to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA services that help children grow with confidence while giving families clarity, encouragement, and a trusted partner on their journey.
Haley’s work is grounded in the belief that growth happens when care is consistent, individualized, and deeply human.
